La Rondita can be accessed in a variety of ways.
Directions will be provided prior to your arrival.
TRAVEL
The most direct route is by air. Asturias Airport (code “OVD”) is 75 minutes drive away from La Rondita. Vueling fly direct from London Gatwick and Paris and there are many connections to Spanish cities.
Ryanair fly to Santander (which is an 80-minute drive to the house) from London Stansted, Edinburgh, Dublin and Manchester and many other European cities . Bilbao airport is accessible from most major European cities and is a 2.5 hour drive from La Rondita.
There is a ferry service to Santander from Plymouth and Portsmouth or to Bilbao from Portsmouth with Brittany Ferries, should you choose to come in your own car. Or cross the Channel by rail or ferry and drive down through France and across into Northern Spain. Also LD lines operate from Poole to Santander and from St. Nazaire to Gijón.
There is a station in the village and the line serves Oviedo and Santander, as well as many local towns and villages. You can still get to the beach or shops without the car!

La Rondita is available for rental all year and prices (in Euros) are per week for the whole house, irrespective of the number of guests:
- LOW SEASON: 700 € Per Week
- MID SEASON: 875 € Per Week
- HIGH SEASON: 1175 € Per Week

- We charge a 35€ cleaning fee for short stays (up to 3 nights) and 70€ cleaning fee for longer stays.
- Short breaks catered for, subject to availability. Minimum stay 3 nights.
- Hot water and electricity are included in the price. Central heating (only needed in cooler months) is charged for separately.
- A welcome basket is provided upon your arrival.
- Children are very welcome at La Rondita. A travel cot, highchair and toddler bed rail are available.
- La Rondita is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Smokers are asked to smoke outside in the garden.
- A 33% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- A refundable deposit of 200€ is required upon your arrival to cover damage and breakages.
- We recommend that you have your own travel and holiday insurance for the duration of your stay with us. We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred to you, your party or belongings whilst staying at La Rondita, or when you are travelling to or from here.
- La Rondita is registered with the Asturian Tourist Board as Vivienda Vacacional no. 242.
- We can also organise holidays for large groups (up to 20 people) in nearby accommodation.
